Purchasing at this website is on a first come first serve basis. All items are also uploaded on Mudah.my
Only serious buyers. Back-outs and exchanges will not be entertained.

Reservation is allowed only for 3 days. Should you choose to cancel the reservation, please notify us by email or sms.
Payment should be made within 2 days after confirmation. If payment is not made then the item will be released for sale.

Items are 100% new and authentic (original). The items sold are in great condition, and any defects/dents, will be stated in item description.
The actual colour of the item may vary slightly from the photos on this website; due to the different lighting.
Postage is via Pos Laju or Citylink express, depending on the item. A tracking number shall be provided to you once we ship the item.
Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email to notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of business days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

Payment Method

For safety and security reasons, we prefer COD in Kajang, Putrajaya, KL, and Sungai Buloh areas.

However, for those living outside Klang Valley, we would be more than willing to do posting, with the price of posting bared by the customer. Should you opt for posting, please contact us stating:

* Wool in natural, renewable and sustainable

*It causes no irritation to the eyes, skin or lungs

*Wool fiber is breathable, meaning they can absorb and release moisture
